    Caregiver Support

“There are only four kinds of people in the world: Those who have been caregivers. Those who are currently caregivers. Those who will be caregivers, and those who will need a caregiver.” – Rosalind Carter

Being a caregiver–whether it be for an aging or failing parent, spouse, friend, family member, disabled child, or anyone at all–can be fulfilling, and exhausting. There are often not enough resources available for help, forcing you to face difficult decisions. We are at a time when baby boomers are aging into needing elder care, and many services have shut down due to the Pandemic. Now more than ever you as a caregiver need support.

Expressing your frustrations without feeling judged is essential. I can help you cope with the stress of caregiving, as well as share tools for coping with common caregiving challenges. Together we can explore options or resources you might not have considered.

You will have someone in your court, so you are not alone during this difficult time.
